T.R.A.M. Integrated Training Solutions, Inc. is a private institution that provides training services for your managers and staff locally or abroad on areas that are not covered by other training providers in the industry. Anchored in the belief that technical training alone cannot guarantee good performance. The company started designing courses that seek to give workers the proper mind set and positive attitude. Starting with Four or Five courses, it has now grown into 25 courses offering. The list is still growing as it embarked on courses for seafarers employed overseas and locally as well.

T.R.A.M. is rooted on the slogan “RAISING THE BAR OF TRAINING EXCELLENCE,” because we are dedicated to continually improve our capabilities and always focus on specific training needs of companies like yours and individuals such as the seafarers.

T.R.A.M. was founded in 2004 by a group of professional with extensive experience in both maritime and industrial sectors, who wanted to make a difference in the field of training and development of individuals working in various industries.

T.R.A.M. is a stock profit corporation that is duly registered at the Securities and Exchanges Commission of the Republic of the Philippines. As a corporation its primary purpose is to “design, develop and conduct training programs for workers and employees that fit the need of various industries.

T.R.A.M. is accredited by the MARITIME TRAINING COUNCIL to offer STCW Mandated Courses (see List of Courses)
